Lent

Looking forward to giving veganism another try this Lent.  I was doing very well with it last year, then my Mom passed and I found myself in Charleston, SC sitting at my cousin's table.  There was no way I was going to tell my cousin that I don't eat this and that after she knocked herself out cooking for the family.  Well, this year I'm going to give it another try. . .not entirely cold turkey.  Setting a goal of at least 5 days a week (M-F).  Recently I read "Omnivore's Dilemma" and watched…See More
