A little about myself:
I've been vegan for about 8 years now, vegetarian for 2 years before that. I live in the beautiful Sonoran desert in southern Arizona. I love to skateboard, though I'm not as good as I probably should be given how long I've been doing it. I also love to travel, and when I can do both at once it makes me very happy. I recently finished my undergraduate degree in Sociology at the University of Arizona; though, given my affinity for my current job, I'm not sure what role sociology plays in my future. Anyways, I would love to meet new people from all over so if you're reading this please feel free to get in touch with me!

I'm a better cook now, being Vegan than before... :-)
If you look for easy and tasty recipes you can go to visit www.veganwiz.com, Eleonora (the webmaster) is an Italian friend, she lives in London and makes the same thing I do here, in Paris. To be Vegan in Paris is not bad, since I became Vegan I noticed there's more and more choice in organic shops. We can find strange products, so I can do recipes of the books of "The millennium" restaurant in San Francisco!!! A lot of prepared dishes, too, are now available, but I prefer home-made food, too much salt everywhere. We have several restaurants, too. Not all restaurants are very very good... but they are enough good if you are here on holiday to avoid scarcity!!! It lacks to me a very good refined (expensive) Vegan restaurant here. So I go out, often, only for meeting friends... Things are moving well here: we are more and more, but we haven't got Whole Foods Market, still!!! :-)
