Just wanted to update you on the vegan cafe situation. =) Turns out the seller of the one I wanted chose the other purchaser, which is fair enough but means I'm unlikely to be able to find a different premises which I can actually afford without it being a huge risk... So I've taken on a different approach.

I finish uni forever at the end of May and I've been considering a mobile food business, so doing vegan food from a van at as many festivals as humanly possible, and then some more regular positions alongside meaty competitors like kebab vans. =P Do you know of anybody looking to do a similar thing or who might fancy giving it a go?!

Where have you traveled or dream of traveling? What are your future travel plans?: Travelled extensively when I was younger, would love to visit Tuscany one day :-)
