My Adventures and Vegan Dining in New Mexico!! This post represents a segment from my blog "Vegan World Trekker". I have traveled to five continents and have visited north, south, east, and west regio
I visited New Mexico a few months ago for a weekend adventure!
My stops included Albuquerque, Sante Fe, and the Indian vilage of Acoma.
Albuquerque had many shops, historic churches, and museums in its Old Towne district. However, I had to take the bus across town to dine at the city's vegan restaurant Annapurna, along historic route 66. I dined on tofu and vegetable burrito with jicama salad and beans.
