Hi Marce,
Wow! You come from one of my favourite cities in the world.
I think you have a great idea of starting a daycare and rooms to rent for vegans. I am sure many vegans will be delighted to hear that especially because we always struggle to find somewhere vegan friendly to stay and to eat. In Vancouver, I only manage to find a nice meal from Whole Foods. I can even get a nice piece of cake there.
I wish you all the best and do keep us posted! As for travelling, let us know if you decide to come to this end of the pond.
