Olá, Mafalda.
Sim, eu costumo dar voz aos Animais humanos e não humanos sempre que posso.
Quando se sobrepõem uma de cada, como a Grande Manif de 400.000 pessoas em Lisboa a 29 de Maio com a da Catedral dos Horrores, eu opto por dar voz aos que não o podem fazer: fui à do Campo Pequeno, contra a Fantochada.
Fui a mais de metade dos protestos semanais no Campo pequeno, à Grande Marcha da ANIMAL, à anti-biotério, a Fátima... em fim... sempre que posso! Tenho pena de nem sempre poder estar presente. Mas acho que posso considerar-me activista. =)

It's so good to be this way, so relaxing... and I'm not alone, my husband, too, he thinks like me. I find that life for V is not easy, but nowadays we have opportunities for living well as Vegans. I think 20/30 years ago it wasn't funny!

Hello! I am new here. I am from Portugal and my love for animal brought me here. My ultimate goal is to became a vegan. I am not there yet, that is why I am here, to read your opinions, see if I do everything right. I really want to do everything correctly.
I stopped eating meat two months ago and I am completly okay about it. I also cut on dairy products. I am only eating fish once in a while, but I will also cut on it too. One step at a time.
I just want to read everything I can about it first and get as much help I can about nutrition to have a balanced diet. Hope you can help around here.
