Wow! Very impressive if I may say! I wish you the very best in your endeavour and one thing I know well is that it will pay off if you invest time trying perfect it. So, what attracted to chocolate idea? How old are the kids you look after?

Ouch! I am glad to hear that you are keeping warm though! When I was there for Christmas New Year's eve the weather was mild but wet. I came back to the UK on January 7. You need keep warm and I am sure going out is not part of the plan.
