Not sure if I tried Mna Vegetarian or Rasayana, though I ate at quite a few veg places on in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Any idea if they have web sites?

chai? her restaurant own by may as well, the bulding:) did u try tham mna vegetarian in samsen?on the way to bridge? best tom yam in thailand i asure u:)

in chiang mai u found many vegetarian and some raw food, did u visit rasayana?

May Kaidee is really sweet. We didn't actually take the full cooking class. We lucked out and happened to be at a bar down the street when an Israeli film crew came in and asked if we wanted to take a mini class for the cooking show they were shooting. They filmed us learning how to make tom yum soup. Then we all sat down and had a huge feast while they shot us and pretended we had prepared all the dishes ourselves. 

 

May Kaidee's places have awesome food though. And her aunt (Chaia or Chaya?) has her own restaurant down the street that is my favorite in Bangkok.
