Hello everybody and sorry for my english :)

I'am Vegan, Raw vegan, i'am 25 and i live near Paris.

I'am going to South America next year, in Bolivie, Perou and Equateur.

I want to know if you have any tips for me.

I want to use couchsurfing, night on locals ' house and if you know vegans on Bolivie/Perou please let me know.

Los Angeles is vast and I know there are lots of vegan options, however, I am in need of suggestions of places close to LAX.  I will be in LA for a convention in mid-February and I will NOT have access to a car... The convention is at the Marriott Airport (LAX), so anything within walking distance of there would be fantastic (up to a mile).  Also, if there are places that anyone knows of that can deliver (they can be located further away, as long as it's in their delivery radius), those would be helpful to know about too.

Hola animal friends!

I'm going to Tenerife in october for a weeks holiday and we're about to stay in Puerto De La Cruz. I found three (!!!) vegetarian restaurants in the area and two shops suitable for me but I'm curious still. What's your advice on where to go? My experience tells me it doesn't have to be a vegetarian labelled venue that serves excellent vegan food, so shoot - let me know what you've eaten and where. We're staying out of the breakfast at the hotel (a 5-star one though) because there's hardly ever anything on the buffet for us vegans except fruit, bread and muesli as you all are probably aware of... :)

I'm going to Dubai to visit my sister in january. How's life as a vegan there, anyone knows?? Any advice on what I might need to bring from home (protein source, veg milk etc). Very thankful for advice!
