This is a typical food of Yogyakarta, Indonesia... consists of various vegetables that have been soaked in hot water first, such as : spinach, cabbage, kale, bean sprouts, long beans, carrots, and chayote... and also fresh vegetables, such as cucumbers and tomatoes
All the vegetables are chopped and mixed into one, then served with peanut sauce.

To make peanut sauce :

250 grams of fried peanuts
3 boiled large red chilies
3 cm of galingale
5 garlics
1 / 2 teaspoon of salt
20 grams of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of tamarind water
100 ml warm water

Grind all the above ingredients using a blender
 
Served with :
- Ketupat (Rice Cake)
- Bakwan Tauge (Fried Bean Spouts Cake), and
- Kerupuk (Rice Crackers)

tamarind water is very simple to make.. you just soak 2 or 3 ripe peeled tamarinds to 50 ml of water, stir well, and then filtered the water.. you will get tamarind water.. :)
